Return Policy

Functional Guarantee

• Every chair purchased through Redone Co. carries a 30 day functional guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup.
• Restoration work carries a 14 day service window: if a serviced mechanism, cylinder, or part is not performing as quoted, we will service it again at no cost.

Service Area

• No cost in person service is available in Edmonton and surrounding areas only.
• Outside this region, the customer covers shipping both ways. Redone Co. covers the cost of parts and labour under the guarantee.

Refunds

• Redone Co. does not issue cash refunds. Guarantee claims are resolved through repair, additional service, or store credit.

• Steelcase: Leap V1, Leap V2, Gesture, Amia, Think.

Quotes and Approval

• Every chair is diagnosed and quoted within 24 hours of intake.
• No work begins until the quote is approved. Quotes itemize every genuine or compatible part used.

Turnaround

• Standard turnaround runs 7 to 12 business days once parts are on hand and the quote is approved.

Pickup and Shipping

• Local pickup and drop off is available in the Edmonton area.
• National shipping is available across Canada. The customer covers shipping both ways for national orders.
